The company published its financial statements

On July 03, 2015, a record on state registration of a restated Charter of the Company including the new name was entered in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.

The shareholders approved of annual report of the Company and of the annual accounting statements including the Company’s profit and loss statement.

EBITDA equal to 2,043 mln RUB.

Election to the Board of Directors will take place at the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Power Grid Company the date whereof is to be determined in May 2015 at a regular session of the Board of Directors.

Per share yield in 2015 will increase more than 1.5 times.
