A working meeting of Alexander Hudilainen, the head of the Republic of Karelia, and Sergey Titov, the General Director of IDGC of the North-West, has been conducted in Petrozavodsk on the 19th of July.

Vologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West has commenced implementation of the Investment Project on 110 kV distribution point construction to connect Krasavinskaya Gas-Turbine CHP Plant to its electric networks.

To implement all measures, it was planned to allocate more than 239 mln rubles.

The main issues of discussions, held by the officials within the framework of the working meeting, included the company’s activity associated with the preparation of the power grid complex for the autumn / winter season as well as implementation of energy efficiency and energy saving programs.

It was Aleksandr Mikhalkov, Deputy General Director for Development and Services Sales, who presented IDGC of the North-West at the joint videoconference with regional authorities.

The cost of the project to be implemented by contracting OOO “Severgazavtomatika” will amount to about 124.9 mln RUR.

Corridor expansion is carried out to minimize technological shutdowns of overhead lines due to wire cutouts caused by trees fallen for different reasons.

The works to install five 10/0.4 kV package transformer substations (PTS) are also proceeding to completion.

Commission under the chairmanship of Pavel Tyudelekov, deputy chief engineer FGC UES, JSC will check electric grid facilities selectively visited.
