During work negotiations, held today in Moscow, the Governor of Tomsk region - Sergei Zhvachkin - and the Director General of Rosseti, JSC - Oleg Budargin - have discussed the results of a pilot project on transfer of TDC, JSC - the Russian grids company (a subsidiary of Rosseti, JSC) under the management of EDF East Grids (a subsidiary of EDF Group), which was the first step in the implementation of the Agreement on Strategic Cooperation. The meeting was attended by representatives of EDF Group.

On June 3, 2015 at Startup Village Annual Conference Rosseti, JSC awarded the winners of the National Start-Up Tour 2015 in 'Electric Power Industry - Technologies of Energy Transfer, Distribution and Storage' Section. 'Energy Integration of Europe, Russia and Asia - Challenges and Solutions' Panel Discussion of Rosseti, JSC will be held on June 19, 2015 within the SPIEF-2015 'World Economy: New Challenges and Horizons' Section.

The Director General of Rosseti, JSC - Oleg Budargin - held a working meeting with the CEO of the Energy Management Division of Siemens AG - Yan Morozik. Parties, in particular, have considered a number of issues related to the application of Smart Grid technologies at Russian power grid facilities. During the meeting the participation of Siemens AG in the modernization of the electric grid infrastructure in Russian regions was also discussed.

Rosseti has introduced large-scale projects in the field of construction of "digital" electrical substations and overhead transmission lines, using new technologies of overhead lines construction based on supports of composite materials and insulating traverses.

The delegation of Rosseti Group of Companies, headed by the First Deputy Director General for Technical Policy of JSC Rosseti - Roman Berdnikov, took part in the 47th meeting of the CIS Electric Power Council, which was held on May 26, 2015 in Yerevan.
